Mutoh Falcon JR Banding

Hey, I recently got a Falcon Jr, We replaced the heads, capping station, dampers, o-rings and has new ink. I am getting banding vertically and horizontally. I attached a couple pics to show. Any help would be awesome as we are going crazy trying to figure the problem out. We are using Flexi 8.

H i, Our JR had the same type of banding in the first picture .turns out the wiper was stuck in the cleaning postion . The second picture maybe dirty rollers ? All so did you reset the home position ?

What does your nozzle check look like?

Second pic looks like either head misfiring or something like a hair or thread dragging across the print.

You have a lot of misting or poor alignments.

Check all your cable connections.

Yes, you are missing a lot of nozzles.
Search the forums and do a "head soak" to see if you can recover all those.

Mine is currently doing the same exact thing. Probably going to have to buy new heads. I have done every head soak procedure there is and no help whatsoever. Know it's not the news ya want but the truth

So are you soaking and rewetting every 20-30 minutes?
And getting no new nozzles?

yes randya i was no new nozzles at all

Check to see if you have a good seal between the head and the cap.
Put a syringe on the drain line.
If you can pull a vacuum, then it is head time.
If not probably capping station, then probably head.
