mutoh falcon ll outdoor error message

When I load a glossy banner or 3m vinyl in my mutoh falcon ll outdoor, i get a error messge (that says (system error eo71 ps over currant). I get the when I load the media and the printheads try to read the size of the media . Right when it starts then all the light start blinking with that error message. But when I load non gloss matte vinyl it works fine with no error message. I tried cleaning the clear disk in the left cover of the machine. With a micro fiber cleaning swab but still the same thig happens. Why could this be happening. Please heeeelllllpppp.............................

Are you loading all this media in exactly the same spot?

when i load the media i load it right next to the guide line holes on the right side. i put the edge of the media about 5 mm away from the holes. is there a certain way to load the media that i am doing wrong.
