Mutoh falcon outdoor jr banding issue help

Seems my falcon has developed a banding issue that I can't resolve.

Printing a file i've printed dozens of times before using the same settings/profiles on the same brand material (even the same roll has had this printed several times with no issue) suddenly white banding has shown up that I can't resolve.

The nozzle check is great, alignment also great, adjusted the heads. no change. I don't get it.. Nothing's changed. Even the inks are the same cartridges that have printed this multiple times before. I've done the thorough cleaning, wiper, damping station even the coffee filter soak on the heads and it never improves or gets any worse either. anyone else had this happen?

save this image as a jpeg or tiff file then try printing a again. This works for me.

Check for something under your print head. The trash my be wiping a clean line through your print.

What type of banding are you talking about ?

Banding, like most printing issues, can be caused by many reasons
