Mutoh Falcon Outdoor Jr only printing black

Hey guys.

Im new to the forum. Today i need some help with my outdoor JR. It dosnt seem to want to print anything but black. Its not even trying to print the colors. It skips over them all together and only prints black. Were using FlexiSign 8.1 and as far as i know none of these settings have been changed. If anyone has any ideas i would greatly appreciate the help.

Try the testprint from the machine itself. Right side two buttons together.If that does not print colors there is a problem with ink flow to the head.But it can also be a head fuse on the main board that is blown. But first things first. check the selftest. Paco
