Mutoh falcon outdoor question

I have a Falcon Outdoor that I'm trying to get up and running. The issue I'm having now is with I believe the print server. Question:

Should I be getting any lights lighting up by just having the power hooked up?
I get no lights and with the cable hooked up it says cable unplugged at the computer. I'm lost, any help would be most appreciated.

test the power supply and make sure it draws 5 volts which is what the spec is.

If you are not getting power your server it is junk...

You may need to get a replacement...
