mutoh falcon paper feed pully wheel???

I have a mutoh falcon outdoor ll and a pulley wheel that makes the paper feed bar go back and fourth broke. im trying to replace it but i cant figure out how to take off the thin clear coder wheel that has numbers on it that is in front of the black pulley . attaches is a picture. i dont want to brake the clear wheel and have to pay more. any help is appreciated. thanks
