Mutoh Falcon won't print in high print head mode.

I recently purchased a 48" falcon and was having issues with the colors dropping out. I just installed a brand new maintenance station and when I print on vinyl material with the head in the low mode the prints look great. When I switch the print head to high mode to print banners the color immediately drops out. All that prints is black and some light cyan. If I set the print head to low mode and do a cleaning the color won't come back. The only way to get the color back is to pull some ink with a syringe from the maintenance station.

Hope somebody will have an answer for what is going on here.
