i just purchased this mutoh from ebay, and it prints well, but when loading media, the mutoh rollers will wind the media in then out and then the print heads will move over the media to see detect how big the media is. the as the media goes back then forward a bbbbuuuuddddddddd.... loud sound starts. right befor the printing. it sounds like something slipping from the back side of the metal part that the media sits on when i open the plastic cover in the front it stops then i close the cover it will stay off but this happens every time when the mutoh rollers makes the media go back and then forward. does any one know what this is? i dont want to mess this machine up... thanks
