Mutoh/Flexi Backprint

I haven't been much of a contributor, since there are so many wonderful people who give advice on here, I'm more of the typical forum lurker. But now I have a very interesting question.

We run a mutoh 1604 Printer with FlexiSign Pro 8.5.

Is there anyway to Backprint a color seperatly from the rest of the print coming out of Flexi?

Reason I ask: We are printing on a Clear material that when Double Striked, it still phases out once put on other vehicle colors besides white.

The only way to print on clear with opaque qualities is to back print with white ink. Or print on clear, apply to white vinyl and contour cut.

As far as I know anyway.

Think we need more info on what you are trying to do.
Got any pictures of the end result you are looking for?
Are you asking if you can take one of the channels and print it separately?
I have not tried it but it does show up in the "separations" tab in the PM.
