Let me start by saying I had a Mutoh outdoor for 3yras and performed all my own maintenance. I sold my 64 and bought a 38 and I can not get the banding out. I replaced the heads, maintenance station and new ink. with all of this I can not get the band out. Soaked the heads and tried everything I know. Now I am looking for your help.

Also does anyone know if GEI is the closest dealer to Shreveport, LA?
