Mutoh Jr error 74

Had a gear break in maintenance station and kicked out error 74, replaced maintenace station and still kicking error 74. cleaned ever sensor on machine. Anyone have anymore ideas?

the maintenance manual says its a Y axis isuse
also say to use the self-diagnostic.

i know when mine did this i powered it off and moved the head to the left and then put it back on the capping station , then turned it back on the error went away.
