Hello ! This issue suddenly appeared with my Mutoh Kona 1650 cutting plotter: When I turn it on, the cutter head moves about two inches and abruptly stops, and alarms me with "Y position error #1009". According to the manual it is due to "the head is obstructed and cannot move anymore. E.g. due to a media crash or mechanical obstruction".
There is nothing in the way of the head or the belt, and nothing covering the various sensors as far as I can see.
I've tried restarting the plotter with the head and rollers at various positions, with and without media, but the same error appears every time. Have any of you had any experience with this issue before?
Any advice is much appreciated !
