Mutoh Maxjet blizzard - changing inks to Ultra and the chipcards wont work

we have recently installed a new bulk ink system on our machine but the new chip cards that come with the new bottles wont work / be recognised by the machine, so this new bulk system we have is useless till we can rectify this, i just wonderd if anyone else has had this problem and had any advice

the new ink is Ultra mild solvent 1601 cheers thanks
