I put a new head on becase I was having problems with the black not printing now I put a new one on and test print is good but one part of the black test print does not print ???

Sounds like head cable /ribbon. They are only good for about 5 - 7 insertions. But it may have been bad before you changed the head.

I replaced the head cable and it still the same

If I was changing the head I would be changing the maintenance station complete with pump.
Also only use a genuine Mutoh head cable as I have heard issues with aftermarket ones.
