Need Help Mutoh Printing pictures with separations

Hello everyone, I just bought a used Mutoh 1204A model. Lady I bought it from had replaced printhead around february. My prints are showing white separations and are not joined. When I adjust pf it just overlaps picture and looks fuzzy. RGB Pallete test shows none of these white separations they only happen when I use a color profile in flexiSign 10 but I don't know enough on how I could fix it through production manager. Have spend days looking through your great forums but I didn't find any information on this issue any help will be greatly appreciated.

What are you using to send the files to the printer?
Looks like you are using Flexi or PhotoPrint in demo mode.
Gaps are there to allow you to evaluate the output without being able to sell the prints until you unlock it.
If it is not that I don't know what would cause gaps that large and regular.

Your totaly correct GAC05 I guess I was sold a pirated version of flexi. Thank you for your quick response.
