mutoh prints right and left border

I have been printing with my Mutoh 1304 for about a month and it always prints a right and left border approximately .25 inches in from the media edge. This is a problem when you are trying to print a banner. Does anyone know how to stop it from doing this. I use Signlab 8 Print and Cut. Is it a mutoh issue or signlab issue. Thanks

This is called Flushing, to turn it off do this:

Hit menu
Hit Right Arrow button once
Hit down arrow button until you see Flushing or Spitting
Hit Enter
Hit Down arrow button until it says Orgin
Hit Enter
Hit Cacel all the way back to ready to Print

You just changed it from Flushing on media to Flushing at Orgin...

Oh, it is not an issue, more like an initial setting on the printer that must be changed based on user needs...
