Hey Everyone,
At our shop we have a Mutoh RH2. We are very pleased with the machine and the outcome of the prints but we seem to be running into a problem after running low on yellow ink. After the cartridge is empty, the machine will keep printing and not tell me it has run out. (Every other color will let me know its empty, pause and let me change out the ink before it continues). After installing the new box of ink, the yellow head will not print yellow for a while and all colors are off. When i do a "nozzle Check" the lines associated with that yellow box are not showing up. The last 3 times it has happened it started to print again within an hour or so, but this time it isnt coming back. I dont know if anyone else has had this problem or knows that i can do to try and regain the yellow printing without calling a professional to come in and look at it.
I have done the "cleaning" on every setting, i have also done "ink fill" and still no luck.
