Mutoh rockhopper 2 problems. Help!!!

Hello! I buy e Sh Mutoh and in first days i print very wel. Then, the print head stops and give me the E 075 error head overcurrent. I try to clean the cr board, but no change... I need help to make the printer print! I am broke, and I need this to make money for my family.

Ps
I do not want to use original ink... I want to dezactivate cip sensors, version of the software is 3.0.

I want to downgrade de software 3.0 to 2.11... anywane can help me?

There is a software name is "FWUpdateToolIIBeta04".
I know it can downgrade Mimaki JV3 version, not sure about Mutoh.
You can try it.
