Mutoh Rockhopper II heater question

Hello!

Our Mutoh Rockhopper II is 64" With 4 heaters. After we installed new firmware 3,01, now it uses only 2 heaters. Has anyone a solution how we change Mutoh use again 4 heaters? bw Harri
