What do you mean special Code? For what?

It's a hidden and locked menu, where you can disable the smart chip's.

I also think it is 0393, been a long time since I worked on one of those printers. I will dig up my old notes to confirm that.

That was the code but I do not think it will work with the 3.00 firmware.

There are people running rh3.00 decoded. Google is empty on code's for that firmware.

It's only for version 2.17 and do not work for rh 3.00

Not apparently does not work with firmware 2.17 RH because the printer that I have that code does nothing, if you can not downgrade your firmware to 2.11 RH apparently it works with this code to disable the smarts cards.

I have the same problem now to find 2.11 RH firmware. Did you find it somewhere? Really need to downgrade our Rockhopper printer. Thank you.
