Mutoh rockhopper II too much magenta

Hello,

Have some problems with my Mutoh rockhopper II 64 .
Software : RipCenter 6.5 .
Ink : EcoSolvent with Lights .

It prints too much magenta on some pictures. Tried with different profiles, still the same.

I can't get a solid grey color , when printing.

The nozzle test is ok.

Any help is appreciated . Thank you !

Hi,

The name of the ink, please? Maybe the magenta pigment is too strong and you need self-build ICC profiles.

I guess the fact that is outdated might be a factor of your problem. So, Bordeaux inks... You need ICC profiles for Mutoh or a different RIP program.

Tried some different ICC profiles from Mutoh.be site, still too much magenta on many pictures...

You need a profile writting on your machine FOR your ink and media.
