Mutoh SC 1400D Contour cut issue

We have always had an issue with this plotter cutting contour cut prints and it seems to get worse the longer it is.
On checking today when the plot had finished (and run off) the left hand roller was no longer on the material.
This is a machine problem and not a software one.
Is their a way of cleaning the rollers or doing something so it tracks better?

Well I have just cleaned the rubber rollers and the grit rollers but they were not that dirty.
Is their another issue?
