Need Help Mutoh sc1000 cutting plotter "DRAM error"

Mutoh cutting plotter
When i switch on the plotter al the led lights blink i press enter and give me the code "DRAM error" can some one tell me what it means and what to do thanks

The memory is failing. I don't know if the memory is replaceable on that machine so you just need to find out if it is and where you can pick up the same type. If it isn't replaceable you will have to replace the main board most likely.
