I was installing a new xerox 8265 a week ago which is basically Mutoh spitfire and it is giving a message 'install new STL(All). Xerox dont have an answer. Would someone help!

I dont see it in the Spitfire manual.

My guess is 'smart cards' due to the (All).

Are there better catridges than these with swollen, loose cards on the inks?

It is asking for cleaning cartridges.

Insert 8 NEW cassettes with Mutoh Eco-Solvent Untral cleaning (INK0300).
This should be in the users manual.
