mutoh Sublimation printer help

It is a Mutoh Draft station and weve replaced the capping station and the ellow dampners and still wont print yellow.. It is sucking magenta ink from somewhere...
The tech tell me it needs a head now...
Anyone had his problem?

Does the yellow damper have ink in it?

Is is sucking magenta from the cart?

Is the capping station sealing properly?
