Does it power up?!!
Has the machine been stored with the cleaning/flush cartridges installed if so their is a small possibility of resurrecting the print head?
If not the machine will need to be flushed and the dampers and print head replaced along with the print head cable.
I now reckon that print heads and cables last between 4-5 years irrespective of use.
Also any inks with the machine will be well out of date so will need replacements.
The issues with any solvent printer is they do not like sitting idle.
If the seller says it was working fine when stored, this means nothing at all.
In fairness sometimes a hard worked machine is a better buy as regular maintenance will have been carried out (well hopefully).
Hope this helps
