Mutoh temperature settings..

Digital printing Newb here, and have a question about the temps.

I have been playing with my new toy (I wish it was new), Mutoh Falcon Outdoor 48.
I have some material samples in my shop and I noticed that I'm having issues with printing a "smooth" even layer of ink. Tried searching online, but all of the posts are for newer Mutoh printers with 3 heaters. Mine has only 2. I tried the few settings, it looked decent on Banner material with settings around 40 C, sample roll of IJ35C looked not as good with 42 C setting.

I know that I will need to test most of the materials, but what I'm looking for are settings in general. Do I need to have the heater on the back higher that the front one or the opposite way? I'm just afraid to go too hight to curl the material and destroy the heads.

Any help will be appreciated.

Of course, as soon as I post it, I stumble upon this file. If everyone else needs it, it is posted now.

Any other pointers about printing with Falcon Outdoor?

I know that some of you are a bit too reserved when it comes to sharing you knowledge with a Newb that wants to start its own "sticker shop" (i know you hate the sticker part, I'm not like Edna) but everyone has to start somewhere. I have been in the business since 2006, started doing graphic design only, added web design later after we bought a house with the huge basement, I started doing embroidery and screen printing. Down the road, the questions came up about the vinyl lettering and signage, I added a cutter. After I added a cutter, the questions came up about printed decals. At first I outsourced printing and cut it myself on CE5000-60. Few weeks ago, i bought used Falcon and new Graphtec FC-8600-130. Why I bought used, first, no money for the new one, second, if it does not work out, I'm out 3K instead 10-15.
And for someone that still hesitate to share with the "undercutter", I'm not in this business to not make money and believe me that I lost many jobs to the undercutting from other shops. I will never take the job that does not pay enough just to undercut a local sign maker.
Any questions about embroidery or screen printing, I'm willing to share, but now I need help with a printer.

Enough of explaining myself.
Thanks in advance
