Mutoh Toucan LT Trying to Print White

[Shift Designs]

I am totally new to the forum. But I am having a problem with trying to print an Adobe Illustrator file from Flexisign Production Manager. Anything that is white, prints out PINK. I have searched the forums as well as google trying to fix this issue, but have come up empty handed. Any Suggestions?

What RIP are you using, your issue is color settings...

I am not sure, i bought the equipment from the previous owner. I think the color profiles were set up by a mutoh technician some time back. Do you have any suggestions to what color profile i should be using? The current project is on clear vinyl.

In Production Manager under color management, i changed the preset from Avery MPI 3000 to Avery MPI 3100. This solved the issue. It also made my blues have less of a purple hue to them. I am not sure if someone tampered with the preset and that is why it is causing the issue or not. THanks for your help!

Production Manager sounds like Flexi to me. You should try reducing magenta in your linearization settings to attempt to temporarily remove pink from white... And you will need to get or make a good ICC profile. Search the forum.
