My valuejet 1304 is printing waves or "banding" on all my solid colors. I sat on the phone for an hr with tech support trying to get the right heat settings and profile output. I need help asap. I am in the middle of printing a vehicle wrap! I have ordered cleaning solution and will perform a head soak as soon as it comes i tomorrow. Any other suggestions?

How does the nozzle check look? If you are missing nozzles that would cause banding. Also run a PF adjustment in the setup menu. This will calibrate the print feed and, if your print head is firing correctly, should get rid of all banding. Other than that it could be the encoder disk behind the left cover of the machine is dirty or damaged.
