Mutoh Valuejet 1304 - No IP Address Menu

Hi,
Can you help please
I have a Mutoh Valuejet 1304 and I am missing under the Setup Menu number 23 which is the IP Address Settings.
I have a network cable plugged in and there is a red light flashing on the Main Board along with 3 red lights on. The lights all go out when I unplug the network cable.
I see in the menu the Gateway and the Subnet Mask but as I say there is no IP Address Menu.

Somebody must have hidden that setting in the setup menu

Menu>Selection>#23IPAddress>Right Arrow Key to add a * next to it. Back out and IP address should be in your Setup menu now.

It was indeed in the Menu5 > Menu Option and Select #23 to enable

This is with FW 1.07
