First off.. I'm very new to using a large format printer.
I pushed the Power Off button, I didn't mean too, I was just loading new material. So, I pushed the power button again to get it to turn on and nothing happened, screen still said "power off". I held the button down with no change. So, I assumed it was "stuck", so I unplugged it and plugged it back in and it powered up.
Then, it said it needed to "fill" something or other and began "pumping" in a matter of minutes three of the ink cartridges went from between 30-50% to empty.
What caused this? Is it normal? When we buy new cartridges and put them in will it continue to just pump and pump till something happens, or really, what is it trying to do? Or, what do I do to stop this from happening again.
