Purchased a used Mutoh ValueJet 1304 a couple of years ago with a computer running SAi's PhotoPrint 10 software. Now the computer has died and we find that the CD's that came with the printer did not contain the files to reinstall the software. We have the dongle/password to show ownership but no way to reinstall. Dealer says contact SAi, SAi says its a "dealer thing," and the company we purchased it from is GONE. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
