Mutoh VJ 1204 Trouble

My school just purchased a Mutoh 1204 printer and I've been chosen to be in charge of it. Everything has been set up. I'm running into problems with the printer printing the right colors. I'm using the FlexiSign Pro 10.0 software. I'm using Avery materials.

The red is turning out almost black. I tried printing a lime green, but it's turning out dark green.

I've printed out the manual, but can't find anything explaining a solution for this. I've read a few things regarding the ICC profiles. Do I need to change the ICC profiles for each type of material/brand? Are there any good training videos or manuals for this printer?

Here is a link to fellers website they have icc profiles for Avery and many other brands just download the profiles unzip them then import them into production manager select the right profiles for your material that your using the try to print and see if that works

Is the Nozzle Check correct? If so, adjust the Profile and settings...

Thanks for the advice so far. I have a question regarding downloading the ICC profiles. I've got the ICC profiles for the Avery products. I have a few rolls of different types of material from Avery. One is labeled MPI2920. I do not see a ICC profile for this product. Are the profiles in categories? It is a matter finished material.

Try a profile for another matte finished material, like 2611.
