Ive read previous posts, T Bar is cleaned , clear piece on top is clean, head moves freely , wheel at side cover is clean, beating my head , things are said about different pieces and have no idea what they are.
It will print , 6" 12" 24" then fault, not in that order but its not 6" and done everytime. I am setup thru network router. It has ocasionally errored for the last 2 yrs then it ran fine. Seems as though if it is a small job like 12" runs fine , just seemes to error on a larger one , like it could possibly be when its receiving information. I could let it sit overnight and it would be fine the next day.
Now seems like it has a burr up it's A$$.

Also forgot to mention, when it errors the head stops randomly..

Now just ran a job and no errors , yes the one ive been trying for days..

Ok ran the job again 3' x 4' ran the whole job and errored when finished, in the cradle this time..

Could be a driver motor, belt, encoder damage, sensor dirty.
CR2 is a catch all, can be difficult to diagnose, especially remotely.
There are some endurance tests your dealer could walk you through to help.
