Mutoh VJ 1604 with flexi 8.2 issue

Hello.
I hope someone can help me with this issue Im having .
I have Mutoh VJ 1604 and as a Rip software Im using Flexi 8.2.

Everything works as it should but when I select Banner4 in flexi and send file to print file comes out much larger.
Ive tried to reinstall flexi but result was the same.
PS
I have this issue only with Banner4 setting.
Any Advice will be much appreciated .

Sure.
Lets say the graphic is 18" wide and when i set it in flexi using Banner4 setting it prints as 36" wide.
Again, Only on Banner4 setting.
Ive tried everything that came to my mind with out results.
