Mutoh VJ 1624 maintainence

Hi everyone... this is my first post and we go hard from start

Does anyone have VJ 1624 maintenance manual maybe?

I need some advices;
We have this printer for 1.5 yr. In this period we didn't have any external service maintenance, only regular cleaning, flushing etc...
There was no any problem, print quality is perfect, expect that during last month printer has started to made some moving sounds (while printing). As i can found the problem and solutions are with "Cleaning The Bearing Raceways on your ValueJet Printer" i have order grease and doesn't look hard to do this (actually we have to do this earlier)... I just didn't realize in that description where they used 3-in-one silicone spray?

We have ask our supplier about service, and they suggested to replace
- maintenance station
- head cleaner
- set of 4 dampers
- connector valve head
----
cost is aprox 1000,00 EUR...

Is there any good reason to change all these parts even we dont have any problem with pringting and quality?

this is the normal period for service and the parts changed befor errors occur....to change the parts after error is stupid thing

be sure the damper brings problems after normal lifetime a.s.o....

Change the parts and you printer will thank you with a good printing result. Many People wait to become Error, faults at print to service the printer and THIS IS THE WRONG WAY !!!

1000,-€ for Service is a good price and the changed Parts have warranty from you supplier Dont blubber about that
