Mutoh VJ 1638X printing "fish eyes" in all dark colours. Please help??

Hi everyone. I have a bit of a situation with our Mutoh VJ 1638X. For the last month we've been having issues with it printing something called "fisheyes" by the distributors. We have tried EVERYTHING we could think of but still no luck. Even the black ink is not printing solid anymore, but looks like "fading ink" effects.
This is what we have done so far:

- Flushed the ink & replaced with new ink > NO LUCK
- Replaced both heads > NO LUCK
- Eliminated all dust possibilities > NO LUCK
- Changed Vinyl types > NO LUCK
- Changed Profiles & Settings > NO LUCK

Where this printer is supposed to print super fast, we cannot print faster than 10 square meter, and it is STILL not printing properly.

I have taken photos, I hope it is clear on the image. Please let me know if you have any tips, or can think of something else we haven't tried yet? We are pretty desperate here!

Thanks in advance!

Still looks like material issue. Or maybe, has someone been using wax or silicon polishes near by? Polishes or cleaners that are wax or silicon based are banned out of our shop and production area for exactly this issue. The problem is if they have been used it is going to take a long time to remove entirely. Check the cleaners closet for any products that have these properties. SC

Thank you so much! I will check out the cleaning products. It's never happened with this material or any other vinyls though. But I'll have a look on this side. Thanks again!

heat vs pressure on roll

Hello i have one
r you sure that black is solid black in file?
roll holder pressure position vs heat maybe you have too much heat on pre-roll or had liver for roll older on max pressure position
hope it's make sense

I have this issue sometimes when printing blues. I am pretty sure it is a contamination from a cleaning cycle. Im not sure how to fix it but i noticed it is extremely bad right after a cleaning cycle but goes away once ive printed a bit. This is just my thought on it. What material are you printing on? If its the same as mine then it may be a material issue afterall.

1st you need more temp on Platen ~36°-40°
2nd print with more pass like 8 or more (slower the printing speed check if you become with unidirektional better result !) So you need to Print it in HQ no other way.
