So I’m getting streaks after about a foot of printing, my maintenance station was replaced 3 weeks ago and nozzle check is almost perfect. Any help on what to do would be appreciated.
I think your problem with black strips is black ink drops what created on nozzle plate and jetting by other ink channels. Start to print and open front cover (for make a pause) after 10-15 cm and check for ink drops on nozzle plate. Show nozzle test. Misfiring nozzles can create ink drops.

This can also be an indication you have a damper starting to fail and allowing ink to accumulate on the head, as suggested above. Try printing a large solid that has black content and see if you are getting any banding from black dropout, as ink on the head will also cause missing nozzles. The pic you posted appears to be solid green (cyan & yellow, no black) so try some other solid colors.
