Mutoh-Wall Vinyl issue

We have a Mutoh 1624 and when I print on our wall vinyl it pulls up off the backer in several different spots. Has anyone else dealt with this before? Is the heater to high? TIA

Could be the heater or ink load. Depending on environment/storage some products will "tunnel".
