Mutoh XP 620C Help

Hello, I have a Mutoh XP 620C that I am trying to connect to a pc with SignGo Lite software and when I try to cut it gives me a message that says "the device is not responding". I think I have every thing set correctly. Is there a special cable for the hook-up? How about com set-up? any thought that can help me out. Thanks
