Good morning, I have a small family business with a Chinese plotter printing with solvent ink and a plotter also chinese cut, print decorative vinles to sell online in Venezuela and some nearby countries, I registered on this forum because I'm changing for the second time the printhead a DX5 with unblocking card, the first time that I did change it worked perfectly, eliminating the watermark left by the head, but the second time, replace the head and change the unblocking card, HOWEVER watermark remains, someone tell me if epson make a change in the head DX5, which neutralizes the action of unblocking card?

The Chinese plotter name in Venezuela is Gerprint, its factory in China is Sanyi Tech
