my yellow head dries up during an ink cartridge exchange?

I know I have some sort of problem with the yellow capping station or the head but never seen it block up so fast.

I was running a job that was primarily yellow and ran out of black ink, I am in the process of changing over to the Jetbest bulk ink cartridges and because this was a new cartridge it may have taken me all of 5 minutes to change out the black ink. I still have OEM yellow inks in the machine at this point, so I know it is not a 3rd party ink issue. Started the printer up after the exchange and prints are streaking yellow. I stop and run a nozzle check and about 1/4 of the nozzles are not firing. They were perfect not 5 minutes before. That's just to weird. I am running a 10 minute nozzle wash and I'm sure it will be allright, but c'mon...5 minutes idle and it blocks up? maybe there's something I just don't understand.
