It's not Impact, or Compacta, or Microgamma, or Metrostyle, or any of two dozen other fonts I tried. I'd just vectorize the thing but I've got to redo 20 other signs in this font.

Eurostyle Black Regular / Square 721 Black Regular ....with a stroke added...might be squeezed some.
