I am in need of a file conversion... I have already asked 2 signs101 members to help, 1 replied saying he couldnt open the file, the other never replied. I need this file converted from Adobe Illustrator CS5 or newer (.eps) to Illustrator CS4 (.eps). Can someone PLEASE help me?? I need this logo ASAP!!! I have to print (2) 36"x360" & (1) 96"x192" banners tom. morning and haven't even started the design because I need this logo... It is the main logo for the event.

If it is CS5 I can handle it. Email is in the siggy.
If it's newer then CS5 I won't be able to open it though.
If it's eps, maybe X6 that I have will be able to handle it. It all just depends.

Make a new document in Illustrator.
File>Place the un-openable newer version file into your new document.
Now, go to your links panel and embed the image or use flatten transparency or expand tools to get the elements out of the placed image into your new document.
This will also work for getting stuff out of PDF files.
