Need Help ASAP

Well my service guy has screwed me, and now I'm trying to find out how I enter into service mode to clean my encoder strip.
I turn on the sub-power, then I hit left, right, down, and then regular power,,, right?
Well when I do that, it says service mode protected, and shuts off.
WTF

I think the actual code depends on the firmware you are using...I don't know any of the codes, but I believe that is the case.

Are you trying to remove the strip to clean it?

Other than turning off the power to the machine, you can clean the strip without going into maintenance mode.
