need help on a mutoh falcon outdoor

Hello,
I am new using eco solvent printers so i do have some questions
I just bought a used mutoh falcon outdoor , the printer was flushed and packed to delivered to me so my question is do i need to do a cleaning or samething first before install the inks or it should be ready to print?
