Need help with a couple fonts...

I really need help with the first one... I will either have to find the font or trace it. The second one is just something I would like to add to the collection... it is probably not a font but anything close in the same convex style (the GLEN COVE part)would be great!

I have ran both fonts through my font finder software and didn't even find anything close. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

closest (not too close at that): octin sports, united serif
both would require ALOT of modification
