Need Help with Error

Hi. I'm in Glendale. We are getting the E071 error, and nothing we do is helping. Any suggetions? Wayne 623-937-5900

We just make sure to roll off some slack until the roll is light enough.

Try moving the right hand plate that holds the banner down right off to the side. Your head is probably crashing against the side plate...

Just before the machine comes up with the error code does the media jump forward and make a clunk?
