Need ideas on sign substrate

I have a customer that has an old lighted sign frame and he just wants a new sign but he doesn't want it lit. It is 64" x 193.5" what type of substrate would you guys recommend?

I'd use ACM, with an added strut at the seams and maybe a couple in between

You can find it wider that 60"? trying to have less seams

fit a banner inside the retainers ie flexface

or ACM using 64"x60" sections with struts as said above

I think a pro would

Make a frame with awning tube,staple flex face material to it.Make up some 040 brake formed retainers and be done.
Light weight and no seams.
