Please make sure you have the written rights to do the job. Many years ago I almost got into a "cross-suit" lawsuit with corporate (name one of your favorite hamburger chain franchises here) with a franchisee (again, name the above favorite hamburger chain here). It was horrible. We were being threatened with lawsuits from the franchisor and franchisee! Well, it worked out, but not after too much stress than it was worth!
